廣州地區(qū)腹瀉患者輪狀病毒感染的流行病學(xué)研究

【摘要】：目的了解廣州地區(qū)患者腹瀉中輪狀病毒(RV)感染與性別、年齡、季節(jié)的關(guān)系以及RV感染率現(xiàn)狀,為臨床診斷、治療和預(yù)防提供可靠實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。方法收集醫(yī)院2010年1月-2012年12月住院和門(mén)診的腹瀉患者糞便標(biāo)本2 164份,采用免疫層析雙抗體夾心法進(jìn)行A組輪狀病毒(RV)抗原檢測(cè),并比較分析檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果 2 164份腹瀉標(biāo)本有684份RV陽(yáng)性,總陽(yáng)性率為31.61%,其中男性陽(yáng)性率為31.07%、女性陽(yáng)性率為32.37%,兩者陽(yáng)性率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;6月齡~1歲腹瀉患者陽(yáng)性率可高達(dá)38.74%,占55.56%,1~2歲腹瀉患者陽(yáng)性率31.92%,占14.33%,2~3歲腹瀉患者陽(yáng)性率33.73%,占8.19%;以每年秋冬季節(jié)10、11、12和1月份為發(fā)病高峰,占83.33%。結(jié)論輪狀病毒是患者腹瀉的主要病原體之一,男女患者陽(yáng)性率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,6月齡~3歲患者是輪狀病毒的易感人群,以秋冬季節(jié)為RV流行高峰。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between rotavirus (RV) infection and sex, age, season and infection rate of RV in patients with diarrhea in Guangzhou area, and to provide reliable experimental data for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Methods A group A rotavirus (RV) antigen was detected by immunochromatographic double antibody sandwich method in 2,164 fecal specimens from hospitalized and outpatients with diarrhea from January 2010 to December 2012, and the data were compared and analyzed. Results among the 2 164 diarrhea specimens, 684 were RV positive, the total positive rate was 31.61. The positive rate of male was 31.07 and that of female was 32.37. There was no significant difference between them. The positive rate of diarrhea patients aged from 6 months to 1 year old can be as high as 38.74, accounting for 31.92% of the patients with diarrhea at 55.56 and 1 year old, and 31.92% of the patients with diarrhea at the age of 14.333.The positive rate is 33.73, accounting for 8.19%. In autumn and winter, the incidence rate was 83.33 in January and 101.12 in autumn and winter. Conclusion rotavirus is one of the main pathogens of diarrhea in patients. There is no significant difference in positive rate between male and female patients. Patients aged from 6 months to 3 years old are susceptible to rotavirus, and autumn and winter seasons are the peak of RV epidemic.
