【摘要】：通過(guò)調(diào)查1例輸入性羅阿絲蟲(chóng)病病例的診治經(jīng)過(guò)及流行病學(xué)史,總結(jié)該病及其他輸入性熱帶病的核實(shí)診斷、病例管理和應(yīng)對(duì)策略�；颊甙l(fā)病前有非洲流行區(qū)生活史和斑虻叮咬史,臨床表現(xiàn)有皮下游走性包塊,并伴有皮膚瘙癢和雙眼瞼腫脹,實(shí)驗(yàn)室班氏絲蟲(chóng)病抗原檢測(cè)兩次陰性。目前多數(shù)醫(yī)院未儲(chǔ)備絲蟲(chóng)病的特效治療藥物和特異診斷試劑,建議選擇一些定點(diǎn)或?qū)？漆t(yī)院建立特效治療藥物和診斷試劑的儲(chǔ)備機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)臨床醫(yī)生對(duì)羅阿絲蟲(chóng)病及其他熱帶病的診治能力和意識(shí),并做好相關(guān)人員的健康教育和出國(guó)前信息告知,對(duì)預(yù)防該病具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:By investigating the diagnosis, treatment and epidemiological history of a case of imported Roa filariasis, this paper summarizes the verification of diagnosis, case management and coping strategies of the disease and other imported tropical diseases. The patient had a history of life in the African endemic area and a history of the bite of a spotted gadfly before the onset of the disease. The clinical manifestations included subcutaneous wandering masses accompanied by itching of skin and swelling of the double eyelids. The Banchae filariasis antigen was tested negative twice in the laboratory. At present, most hospitals do not store special drugs and special diagnostic reagents for filariasis. It is suggested that some designated or specialized hospitals should be selected to establish a reserve mechanism for special therapeutic drugs and diagnostic reagents. It is of great significance to strengthen the clinicians' ability and consciousness of diagnosis and treatment of Roa filariasis and other tropical diseases, and to do well the health education and the information before going abroad.
