【摘要】：目的對國內(nèi)外H5N1禽流感研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量及可視化知識圖譜分析。方法基于Web of Knowledge文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)平臺(SCI),綜合應(yīng)用Bibexcel、VOSviewer和Pajek等軟件,展示全球H5N1禽流感研究的主要領(lǐng)域和前沿。結(jié)果從文獻(xiàn)分析結(jié)果來看,全球H5N1禽流感研究從2005年開始持續(xù)多年處于高水平態(tài)勢,美國在這一領(lǐng)域處于領(lǐng)先地位,中國緊隨其后。結(jié)論 H5N1禽流感文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量可視化分析顯示,全球多國科學(xué)家常年都十分重視H5N1禽流感研究,美國H5N1禽流感研究整體實(shí)力最強(qiáng),我國與國際相關(guān)研究機(jī)構(gòu)還有一定差距,因此,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)H5N1禽流感研究,提高我國H5N1禽流感研究整體實(shí)力水平,為應(yīng)對可能發(fā)生的公共衛(wèi)生突發(fā)事件提供必要的保障。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the literature measurement and visual knowledge map of H5N1 avian influenza at home and abroad. Methods based on Web of Knowledge literature data platform, (SCI), applied Bibexcel,VOSviewer and Pajek software to show the main fields and frontiers of global H5N1 avian influenza research. Results according to the results of literature analysis, global H5N1 avian flu research has been in a high level for many years since 2005, with the United States leading in this field, followed by China. Conclusion the quantitative visualization analysis of H5N1 avian influenza literature shows that many scientists all over the world attach great importance to the study of H5N1 avian influenza. The overall strength of H5N1 avian flu research in the United States is the strongest, and there is still a certain gap between China and international related research institutions. We should strengthen the research of H5N1 avian influenza, improve the overall strength of H5N1 avian flu research in China, and provide necessary protection for the possible public health emergencies.
