【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)在遼寧省錦州市太和區(qū)居民中開展的流行性出血熱傳染病健康教育干預(yù)效果。方法:用自行設(shè)計(jì)的調(diào)查表,入戶對(duì)1424例城市、農(nóng)村居民進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查。結(jié)果:調(diào)查對(duì)象相關(guān)知識(shí)總知曉率為78.72%,城市居民與農(nóng)村居民知曉率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),城鄉(xiāng)居民相關(guān)態(tài)度及行為形成情況在干預(yù)前后比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論:錦州市太和區(qū)流行性出血熱傳染病健康教育干預(yù)取得明顯效果,但農(nóng)村仍是薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of health education on epidemic hemorrhagic fever in Taihe District, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. Methods: 1424 urban and rural residents were investigated with self-designed questionnaire. Results: the total awareness rate of related knowledge was 78.72, and the difference between urban and rural residents was statistically significant (P0.01). There were significant differences in the formation of related attitudes and behaviors between urban and rural residents before and after intervention (P0.01). Conclusion: the health education intervention of epidemic haemorrhagic fever in Taihe District of Jinzhou City is effective, but it is still weak in rural areas.
