【摘要】：即使是極早期接受規(guī)范化抗反轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒治療(ART)的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者,HIV也會在CD+4T淋巴細(xì)胞中形成病毒儲存庫。儲存庫的形成與整合的前病毒的轉(zhuǎn)錄沉默相關(guān),且至少部分由組蛋白去乙�；�(HDACs)所誘導(dǎo)。HDACs是一組染色質(zhì)相關(guān)的蛋白質(zhì),可以調(diào)節(jié)組蛋白的乙�；揭约懊撗鹾颂呛怂�(DNA)與轉(zhuǎn)錄因子的親和程度。值得注意的是,通過抑制HDACs的活性,可以有效地激活儲存庫中的HIV。這一發(fā)現(xiàn)衍生出"shock and kill"的設(shè)想,可能達(dá)到清除儲存庫的目的,也可能成為HIV功能性治愈的策略之一。
[Abstract]:Even for (HIV) infected with HIV who received standardized antiretroviral therapy for (ART) at an early stage, HIV could form a viral repository in CD 4 T lymphocytes. The formation of the repository is related to the transcriptional silencing of integrated proviruses, and is at least partially induced by histone deacetylase (HDACs). HDACs is a group of chromatin related proteins. It can regulate the acetylation level of histone and the affinity between (DNA) and transcription factor. It is worth noting that by inhibiting the activity of HDACs, the HIV. in the repository can be activated effectively This finding derives from the idea of "shock and kill", which may be used to clear the repository and become one of the strategies for functional cure of HIV.
