2003-2013年國(guó)際寄生蟲學(xué)期刊刊載中國(guó)學(xué)者論文分析
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current research status and characteristics of Chinese scholars published in international journals of parasitology from 2003 to 2013. Methods 17 journals related to international parasitology were selected as the subjects of investigation. The literatures published by Chinese scholars from 2003 to 2013 were collected from year to year, periodical distribution, institutional distribution, species and species of insects, and research objects, respectively. Type and research field statistical analysis. Results the number of articles published by Chinese scholars in international journals of parasitology increased rapidly from 23 in 2003 to 230in 2013, mainly in the international journals of parasitology, such as < Parasitology Research > (39.3%), < Veterinary Parasitology > (16.0%). In the institutional distribution, Sun Yat-sen University was the most published institution (145 articles), followed by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (Lanzhou), Jilin University, with 76 articles and 50 articles respectively. In the study of species and species, protozoa and trematode, such as Schistosoma japonicum (185 papers), Toxoplasma gondii (110 papers) and Emmy coccidia (81 papers), ranked the top 3 of all the research species. The main research subjects were animal models (80.7%), original works (82.1%) and gene or protein function (19.7%). Conclusion from 2003 to 2013, the number of papers published by Chinese scholars in international journals of parasitology has increased obviously, and their research fields and characteristics are not identical to the characteristics of domestic journals concerned with parasitology. Therefore, in analyzing the present situation of parasitology in China, we should pay attention to the papers published by Chinese scholars in international journals of parasitology.
