【摘要】：目的了解南京市男男性行為者(MSM)艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗體的檢測(cè)情況,并探索南京市MSM近1年做過(guò)HIV檢測(cè)的影響因素。方法 2015年4-6月,通過(guò)MSM社區(qū)小組動(dòng)員、同伴推薦和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上發(fā)布信息等方式,招募601名MSM參加問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和血清學(xué)檢測(cè)。結(jié)果 65.1%的MSM曾經(jīng)做過(guò)HIV檢測(cè),57.6%近1年檢測(cè)過(guò)HIV。HIV抗體檢測(cè)陽(yáng)性72例,陽(yáng)性率12.0%;其中既往陽(yáng)性22例,新發(fā)現(xiàn)陽(yáng)性50例。梅毒的陽(yáng)性檢出率為5.8%(35/601)。多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,近1年做過(guò)HIV檢測(cè)的促進(jìn)因素是:最主要的交友場(chǎng)所為酒吧/會(huì)所/浴池[調(diào)整比值比(aOR)=2.158,95%可信區(qū)間(CI):1.337~3.484],入圈時(shí)長(zhǎng)2-4年(aOR=2.132,95%CI:1.306~3.482),入圈時(shí)長(zhǎng)≥5年(aOR=1.753,95%CI:1.105~2.781),近6個(gè)月與同性肛交時(shí)每次都用安全套(aOR=2.094,95%CI:1.305~3.359),近1年被診斷過(guò)性病(aOR=2.681,95%CI:1.088~6.610),知道疾病預(yù)防控制中心(CDC)/醫(yī)院可以提供免費(fèi)的HIV檢測(cè)(aOR=3.247,95%CI:1.718~6.138),知道CDC/醫(yī)院和MSM社區(qū)組織可以提供免費(fèi)的HIV檢測(cè)(aOR=7.483,95%CI:3.790~14.775)。結(jié)論南京市MSM有著較高HIV陽(yáng)性檢出率和較低的HIV檢測(cè)率,應(yīng)繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)MSM HIV擴(kuò)大檢測(cè)工作,以促進(jìn)MSM定期檢測(cè),降低HIV感染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the detection of (MSM) (HIV) antibody in men who have sex with men in Nanjing, and to explore the influencing factors of HIV detection in MSM in Nanjing. Methods from April to June 2015, 601 MSM were recruited by MSM community group mobilization, peer recommendation and information posted on the Internet to participate in questionnaire survey and serological examination. Results 65.1% of MSM had been tested for HIV, and 57.6% had tested positive for HIV.HIV antibody in 72 cases, the positive rate was 12.0%, of which 22 cases were positive in the past and 50 cases were new positive. The positive rate of syphilis was 5.8% (35 / 601). The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the promotion factors of HIV test in recent year were as follows: the most important place to make friends was bar / clubhouse / bathtub [the adjusted ratio was (aOR) = 2.158% 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.337 (3.484)]. The duration of entering the loop was 2-4 years (aOR=2.132,95%CI:1.306~3.482), the duration of entering the loop was more than 5 years (aOR=1.753,95%CI:1.105~2.781), and the condom (aOR=2.094,95%CI:1.305~3.359) was used every time in the past 6 months when having anal sex with the same sex. Having been diagnosed with sexually transmitted diseases (aOR=2.681,95%CI:1.088~6.610) for nearly a year, I know that (CDC) / hospital can provide free HIV testing (aOR=3.247,95%CI:1.718~6.138). Know that CDC/ hospitals and MSM community organizations can provide free HIV testing (aOR=7.483,95%CI:3.790~14.775). Conclusion MSM has a higher positive rate of HIV and a lower rate of HIV detection in Nanjing. We should continue to strengthen the work of MSM HIV expansion in order to promote the regular detection of MSM and reduce the risk of HIV infection.
