【摘要】：目的了解廣東省孕產(chǎn)婦乙型肝炎(簡稱乙肝)病毒(HBV)陽性檢出情況的空間聚集性分布,為廣東省預(yù)防乙肝母嬰傳播項(xiàng)目工作提供改進(jìn)依據(jù)。方法常規(guī)收集2014年廣東省各級助產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)現(xiàn)并上報(bào)的感染孕產(chǎn)婦信息,通過國家預(yù)防艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝母嬰傳播管理信息系統(tǒng)報(bào)告并收集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),采用SaTScan進(jìn)行空間掃描統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,運(yùn)用ArcGis對孕產(chǎn)婦HBV抗體陽性檢出率地區(qū)分布及空間掃描統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行地圖呈現(xiàn)。結(jié)果2014年廣東省報(bào)告HBV感染孕產(chǎn)婦共計(jì)182 782例,孕產(chǎn)婦HBV陽性檢出率達(dá)10.10%。空間掃描統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果顯示,2014年廣東省存在三個(gè)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義的孕產(chǎn)婦HBV感染聚集區(qū)域(P0.001)。一級聚集區(qū)域由茂名市、湛江市、陽江市和云浮市組成,其孕產(chǎn)婦HBV檢出率為11.33%;二級聚集區(qū)域?yàn)槊分菔?其孕產(chǎn)婦HBV檢出率為12.12%;三級聚集區(qū)域由廣州市和佛山市組成,其孕產(chǎn)婦HBV檢出率為10.75%。結(jié)論空間掃描統(tǒng)計(jì)分析有助于發(fā)現(xiàn)HBV感染的高發(fā)聚集區(qū)域,廣東省HBV感染孕產(chǎn)婦存在聚集性分布特征。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the spatial aggregation distribution of (HBV) positive detection of hepatitis B virus in pregnant women in Guangdong province, and to provide an improved basis for the prevention of mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B in Guangdong province. Methods the information of infected pregnant women found and reported by midwifery agencies at all levels in Guangdong Province in 2014 was routinely collected, and the relevant data were collected through the National Management Information system for the Prevention of HIV / AIDS, syphilis and Hepatitis B mother-to-child transmission. SaTScan was used for spatial scanning statistical analysis, and ArcGis was used to map the positive detection rate of HBV antibody in pregnant and parturient women. Results 182,782 pregnant women with HBV infection were reported in Guangdong province in 2014, and the positive rate of HBV was 10.10%. The results of spatial scanning showed that there were three statistically significant areas of HBV infection in Guangdong province in 2014 (P0.001). The first-degree gathering area is composed of Maoming, Zhanjiang, Yangjiang and Yunfu, and the detection rate of maternal HBV is 11.33; the second degree is Meizhou, and the detection rate of maternal HBV is 12.12; the third-level gathering area is composed of Guangzhou and Foshan. The detection rate of HBV in pregnant women was 10.75. Conclusion Spatial scanning statistical analysis is helpful to find out the high incidence of HBV infection in pregnant women with HBV infection in Guangdong province.
