【摘要】：目的采取醫(yī)院感染防控措施應(yīng)對我國首例輸入性中東呼吸綜合征(MERS),并評價其實施效果。方法通過嚴格落實病例隔離、個人防護及消毒措施,采用real-time PCR檢測方法及時評價消毒效果,評價MERS醫(yī)院感染防控效果。結(jié)果經(jīng)采取對病人嚴格隔離、醫(yī)護人員個人防護、探視者防護、病房分區(qū)隔離等嚴格隔離防護措施,本次輸入性MERS病人入住的醫(yī)院未發(fā)生病原因子外傳,實現(xiàn)了零感染。經(jīng)隨時消毒后定期檢測和終末消毒后檢測,各類物品MERS冠狀病毒real-time PCR結(jié)果均為陰性,提示該病房符合接受新病人的安全標準。結(jié)論此次應(yīng)對首例輸入MERS病例處置及時、措施有效、有效控制了疫情擴散,實現(xiàn)了零感染。
[Abstract]:Objective to treat the first imported (MERS), of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) in China and evaluate the effect of nosocomial infection prevention and control. Methods through strictly carrying out the measures of case isolation, personal protection and disinfection, the disinfection effect was evaluated by real-time PCR method in time, and the effect of preventing and controlling hospital infection of MERS was evaluated. Results after strict isolation measures, such as strict isolation of patients, personal protection of medical and nursing personnel, protection of visitors, and isolation of wards, there was no transmission of pathogenic factors and zero infection occurred in the hospitals where the imported MERS patients were admitted. The results of MERS coronavirus real-time PCR were negative after disinfection at any time and after final disinfection, indicating that the ward met the safety standard of accepting new patients. Conclusion the first case of MERS should be treated promptly, the measures are effective, the spread of the epidemic can be effectively controlled and zero infection can be achieved.
