【摘要】：目的觀察鎮(zhèn)靜、肌松劑聯合機械通氣治療重型破傷風效果,尋找更合理、安全治療方法。方法回顧性分析2011年10月-2015年8月本院收治的20例重癥破傷風患者的臨床資料。結果除1例因經濟原因放棄治療外,余19例患者綜合治療后均治愈出院,總體治愈率100%。結論應用肌松劑、鎮(zhèn)靜鎮(zhèn)痛聯合機械通氣治療重型破傷風效果良好,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of sedation and muscle relaxant combined with mechanical ventilation on severe tetanus. Methods the clinical data of 20 patients with severe tetanus from October 2011 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results except for 1 case who gave up treatment for economic reasons, 19 cases were cured and discharged after comprehensive treatment, the overall cure rate was 100%. Conclusion the application of muscle relaxant, sedation and analgesia combined with mechanical ventilation for severe tetanus is effective and worth popularizing.
