【摘要】：目的了解長治地區(qū)乙肝相關(guān)疾病直接經(jīng)濟負擔及其影響因素。方法對住院患者采用面對面深度訪談的方式進行調(diào)查,采用多元逐步回歸分析乙肝相關(guān)疾病直接經(jīng)濟負擔的影響因素,使用SPSS16.0進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果乙肝相關(guān)疾病直接經(jīng)濟負擔為17 462.01元,其中直接醫(yī)療費用和直接非醫(yī)療費用分別為15 978.30元和1 483.71元,各類乙肝相關(guān)疾病的直接醫(yī)療費用均大于直接非醫(yī)療費用;直接經(jīng)濟負擔占家庭收入和人均收入的比重以原發(fā)性肝癌最高,分別為1.32和5.82倍;年齡、全家月均收入、是否使用抗病毒藥、有無自購藥品是其主要影響因素。結(jié)論長治地區(qū)乙肝相關(guān)疾病患者直接經(jīng)濟負擔沉重,降低住院費用,控制藥品費用,有效預(yù)防和控制病毒性感染,可緩解乙肝患者直接經(jīng)濟負擔。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the direct economic burden and its influencing factors of hepatitis B related diseases in Changzhi area. Methods Face-to-face in-depth interview was used to investigate the inpatients, and multiple stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the direct economic burden of hepatitis B related diseases. SPSS16.0 was used to carry out statistical analysis. Results the direct economic burden of hepatitis B related diseases was 17 462.01 yuan, of which the direct medical expenses and direct non-medical expenses were 15 978.30 yuan and 1 483.71 yuan respectively. The direct medical expenses of all kinds of hepatitis B related diseases were higher than the direct non-medical expenses. The proportion of direct economic burden in household income and per capita income was the highest in primary liver cancer (1.32 and 5.82 times respectively), age, monthly income of the whole family, use of antiviral drugs and availability of self-purchased drugs were the main influencing factors. Conclusion the direct economic burden of patients with hepatitis B related diseases in Changzhi area is heavy, and the direct economic burden of patients with hepatitis B can be alleviated by reducing the cost of hospitalization, controlling the cost of drugs and effectively preventing and controlling viral infection.
