【摘要】：目的總結(jié)分析吉林省2010~2014年人間布魯桿菌病(布病)的流行特點(diǎn),為下一步布病防治提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法收集吉林省2010~2014年人間布病監(jiān)測和疫情調(diào)查資料,采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法和相應(yīng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理分析。結(jié)果 5年間共報(bào)告發(fā)病10 757例,發(fā)病率在6.58/10萬~10.60/10萬之間,年平均發(fā)病率7.83/10萬,發(fā)病率呈逐年下降趨勢;高發(fā)地區(qū)為白城市和松原市,高發(fā)季節(jié)為3~5月份,發(fā)病人群以農(nóng)民為主,25~64歲組人群發(fā)病率最高,男性發(fā)病率高于女性。結(jié)論多部門密切配合,加強(qiáng)牲畜流通環(huán)節(jié)的檢疫和管理,做好牲畜交易市場人群布病的主動(dòng)監(jiān)測、健康教育等工作是今后布病防治工作的重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize and analyze the epidemic characteristics of brucellosis (brucellosis) in Jilin province from 2010 to 2014, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of brucellosis. Methods the data of human brucellosis surveillance and epidemic investigation from 2010 to 2014 in Jilin Province were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method and statistical analysis. Results A total of 10 757 cases were reported in the past five years. The incidence rate was between 658 / 100 000 and 10.60 / 100 000, and the annual average incidence rate was 7.83 / 100 000. The incidence rate was decreasing year by year, and the high incidence areas were Baicheng and Songyuan, the high incidence season was in May. The incidence of disease was the highest in the population aged 25 ~ 64 years, and the incidence rate of male was higher than that of female. Conclusion it is important to strengthen quarantine and management of livestock circulation, to actively monitor population cloth disease in livestock trading market and to carry out health education to prevent and cure brucellosis in the future.
