【摘要】：目的分析纖溶酶治療結(jié)核性胸膜炎的臨床療效。方法按照隨機抽取的方式將結(jié)核性胸膜炎患者110例分為研究組與對照組。所有患者均加強營養(yǎng),合理調(diào)整飲食,給予常規(guī)抗結(jié)核藥物治療。研究組再次家畜上加用纖溶酶治療。治療一個月后,比較兩組胸腔積液消失時間,胸膜粘連發(fā)生率,治療總有效率,胸膜厚度變化。結(jié)果研究組、對照組胸腔積液消失時間分別為(13.9±1.7)天、(19.0±2.1)天,組間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組胸膜粘連發(fā)生率分別為3.6%(2/55)、16.4%(9/55),組間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);纖溶酶治療結(jié)核性胸膜炎的總有效率(92.7%)明顯高于常規(guī)治療(81.8%),且組間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);研究組2周末、4周末胸膜厚度與對照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用纖溶酶治療結(jié)核性胸膜炎,可降低胸膜粘連、胸膜肥厚發(fā)生率,促進胸腔積液的消失,臨床療效明顯,值得臨床推廣研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of plasminase on tuberculous pleurisy. Methods 110 patients with tuberculous pleurisy were randomly divided into study group and control group. All patients were fortified with nutrition, diet adjusted and treated with routine anti-tuberculosis drugs. The study group added fibrinolytic enzyme to domestic animals again. After one month of treatment, the time of pleural effusion disappearance, the incidence of pleural adhesion, the total effective rate and the change of pleural thickness were compared between the two groups. Results in the study group, the time of effusion disappeared in the control group was (13.9 鹵1.7) days and (19.0 鹵2.1) days, respectively. The incidence of pleural adhesion in the two groups was 3.6% (2 / 55) or 16.4% (9 / 55), respectively (P0.05), and the total effective rate of plasminase in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy (92.7%) was significantly higher than that in the routine treatment (81.8%), and there was statistical difference between the two groups. The pleural thickness in the study group was significantly different from that in the control group at the end of 2 weeks and 4 weeks (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy with fibrinolytic enzyme on the basis of routine treatment can reduce the incidence of pleural adhesion, pleural hypertrophy and promote the disappearance of pleural effusion.
