【摘要】：目的探討阿德福韋酯(ADV)聯(lián)合苦味葉下珠片對(duì)乙肝病毒(HBV)陽性肝硬化患者白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-7、病毒載量及巨核細(xì)胞的影響。方法 100例HBV陽性肝硬化患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)表法分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組50例,觀察組采用ADV聯(lián)合苦味葉下珠片進(jìn)行治療,對(duì)照組采用ADV進(jìn)行治療,兩組均治療12個(gè)月,對(duì)比兩組治療后血清細(xì)胞因子IL-7、病毒載量及巨核細(xì)胞的水平。結(jié)果治療后12個(gè)月觀察組IL-7水平明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);觀察組3、6、9個(gè)月的HBV-DNA含量明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);觀察組12個(gè)月的HBV-DNA陰轉(zhuǎn)率、HBV表面抗原(HBe Ag)陰轉(zhuǎn)率、ALT復(fù)常率,均明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療后12個(gè)月觀察組CD41水平明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論 HBV陽性肝硬化患者采用ADV聯(lián)合苦味葉下珠片進(jìn)行治療,能有效改善血清細(xì)胞因子IL-7水平失衡,幫助患者恢復(fù)免疫能力,除此以外,還能抑制病毒的復(fù)制,降低患者的病毒載量,防止細(xì)胞受損,降低其對(duì)巨核細(xì)胞的增殖抑制作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of adefovir (ADV) combined with bitter leaf beads tablets on interleukin-7 (IL), viral load and megakaryocyte in patients with hepatitis B virus (HBV) positive cirrhosis. Methods 100 patients with HBV positive liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The observation group was treated with ADV combined with bitter leaf bead tablet, and the control group was treated with ADV for 12 months. Serum cytokine IL-7, viral load and megakaryocyte level were compared between the two groups. Results the level of IL-7 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 12 months after treatment (P0.05), the HBV-DNA content in the observation group at 6 months and 9 months was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The level of CD41 in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group 12 months after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of HBV positive patients with liver cirrhosis by ADV combined with bitter taste sublobar bead tablet can effectively improve the imbalance of serum cytokine IL-7 level and help patients recover their immune ability, in addition, it can also inhibit the replication of the virus. Reduce the viral load, prevent cell damage and inhibit the proliferation of megakaryocytes.
