【摘要】：人類免疫缺陷病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus type 1,HIV-1)簡(jiǎn)稱艾滋病病毒,在粘膜傳播過(guò)程中,病毒的遺傳多樣性是顯著減少的。絕大多數(shù)的HIV-1粘膜感染由一個(gè)或者少數(shù)幾個(gè)病毒建立并最終發(fā)展為系統(tǒng)感染,上述病毒稱為初始傳播病毒(Transmitted/founder virus,T/F virus)。通過(guò)對(duì)初始傳播病毒表型特征的研究,可進(jìn)一步了解病毒在新宿主體內(nèi)成功復(fù)制的關(guān)鍵特性,為艾滋病疫苗的發(fā)展、暴露前預(yù)防及其他治療性干預(yù)措施提供更好的策略。文章綜述了初始傳播病毒的發(fā)現(xiàn)、進(jìn)化特征以及感染后初期宿主的免疫反應(yīng)等,以期為深入研究初始傳播病毒的特征提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Human immunodeficiency virus (Human immunodeficiency virus type 1) is referred to as HIV. During mucosal transmission, the genetic diversity of human immunodeficiency virus (Human immunodeficiency virus type 1) is significantly reduced. The vast majority of HIV-1 mucosal infections are established by one or a few viruses and eventually develop into systemic infections, known as the initial spread virus (Transmitted/founder virus,T/F virus). Through the study of the phenotypic characteristics of the initial transmission virus, we can further understand the key characteristics of successful replication of the virus in the new host, and provide better strategies for the development of AIDS vaccine, pre-exposure prevention and other therapeutic interventions. In this paper, the discovery of the initial transmission virus, the evolutionary characteristics and the immune response of the host after infection are reviewed in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further study of the characteristics of the initial transmission virus.
