江門(mén)市低檔女性性服務(wù)人群艾滋病知識(shí)知曉情況及安全套使用現(xiàn)狀分析

【摘要】：目的了解江門(mén)市低檔女性性服務(wù)人群(FSW)艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)、安全套使用情況及其影響因素,為控制艾滋病的蔓延提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法利用2010-2013年國(guó)家級(jí)暗娼監(jiān)測(cè)哨點(diǎn)的數(shù)據(jù)資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果調(diào)查的1272名FSW中,艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)知曉率為72.25%(919人);最近一個(gè)月與客人發(fā)生性行為時(shí)每次都使用安全套的比例為55.42%。經(jīng)多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,最近一年曾患過(guò)性病[比值比(OR)=0.717,95%可信區(qū)間(CI):0.509~0.940]、接受過(guò)干預(yù)服務(wù)(OR=0.0668,95%CI:0.473~0.944)、艾滋病檢測(cè)服務(wù)(OR=0.608,95%CI:0.417~0.887)及同伴教育(OR=0.612,95%CI:0.404~0.928)是安全套使用的促進(jìn)因素,而文化程度低(OR=1.362,95%CI:1.109~1.594)、艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)知曉率低(OR=2.076,95%CI:1.559~1.765)是安全套使用的阻礙因素。結(jié)論江門(mén)市低檔FSW的安全套使用比例逐年增加,但堅(jiān)持每次使用安全套的比例仍較低,提高該人群艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)知曉率可促進(jìn)安全套的使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge of (FSW) AIDS, condom use and its influencing factors among low grade female sex workers in Jiangmen City, and to provide scientific basis for controlling the spread of HIV / AIDS. Methods the data of national surveillance sentinel were analyzed from 2010 to 2013. Results the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 72.25% (919) in 1272 FSW subjects, and the rate of using condom every time during sexual intercourse with guests was 55.42% in the last month. The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that STDs had been contracted in the last year [the ratio was 0.71795% (CI): 0.509 鹵0.940], the intervention service (OR=0.0668,95%CI:0.473~0.944), the AIDS testing service (OR=0.608,95%CI:0.417~0.887) and peer education (OR=0.612,95%CI:0.404~0.928) were the promoters of condom use. Low education level (OR=1.362,95%CI:1.109~1.594) and low awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge (OR=2.076,95%CI:1.559~1.765) are the obstacle factors of condom use. Conclusion the proportion of condom use of low grade FSW in Jiangmen is increasing year by year, but the proportion of using condom every time is still low. Increasing the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge in this population can promote condom use.
