【摘要】：目的了解寨卡病毒病的臨床特點(diǎn)及感染者病原學(xué)檢測結(jié)果,為我國寨卡病毒病防控工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法分析2016年廣東省11例病例的臨床特點(diǎn)及11例病例和3例隱性感染者標(biāo)本檢測結(jié)果。結(jié)果 11例病例均發(fā)生皮疹,6例眼結(jié)膜充血,4例咽部充血,2例發(fā)熱(體溫37.3℃),均無肌肉關(guān)節(jié)痛表現(xiàn);9例病例以皮疹、2例以發(fā)熱為首發(fā)癥狀。皮疹持續(xù)2-8天,中位數(shù)6天,發(fā)生部位以胸部和背部為最多,成人與兒童的皮疹形態(tài)不同。病原學(xué)檢測,血清PCR陽性占45.45%(5/11),唾液陽性占90.91%(10/11),尿液陽性為100%(11/11);隱性感染者中,血清檢測陽性1例,唾液陽性1例,尿液陽性3例。結(jié)論寨卡病毒病癥狀較輕,早期發(fā)現(xiàn)較困難;建議采用血液、唾液、尿液同時(shí)開展核酸檢測并作為診斷依據(jù),同時(shí)在伊蚊活躍期常態(tài)下做好蚊媒密度控制工作,降低本地傳播風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
