【摘要】：目的了解重慶市育齡期女性對乙肝防治知識的了解情況及獲取渠道,為今后有針對性地開展健康教育提供依據(jù)。方法采用分層抽樣的方法對重慶市6區(qū)縣16~49歲育齡期女性進行乙肝相關(guān)知識調(diào)查,采用卡方檢驗及Logistic回歸進行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果共調(diào)查1 462例,86.7%的人知曉乙肝是傳染病,79.5%知曉乙肝疫苗可以預防乙肝,40歲以上年齡組知曉率低于其他年齡組,文化程度越高知曉率越高,各組差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.001);多因素Logistic回歸顯示乙肝母嬰傳播知識知曉受年齡、文化程度、婚史以及地區(qū)的影響;24.6%的人有4種以上獲取途徑,60.2%通過"醫(yī)務人員"獲取知識。結(jié)論重慶市育齡期女性對乙肝傳染性以及乙肝疫苗認知程度較高,但對乙肝傳播認知存在一定誤區(qū),對此應當有針對性地利用健康教育手段,提高其知識素養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge of prevention and treatment of hepatitis B among women of childbearing age in Chongqing and to provide evidence for health education in the future. Methods stratified sampling was used to investigate the knowledge of hepatitis B among 1649-year-old women in 6 districts of Chongqing. Chi-square test and Logistic regression were used to analyze the data. Results A total of 1 462 patients (86.7%) knew that hepatitis B was an infectious disease. 79.5% of them knew that hepatitis B vaccine could prevent hepatitis B infection. The rate of awareness of hepatitis B vaccine in the age group over 40 years old was lower than that in other age groups, and the higher the education level was, the higher the awareness rate was. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the knowledge of mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B was known by age, education, marriage history and area. There were more than 4 ways of obtaining knowledge by "medical staff" in 24.6% of the subjects. Conclusion the knowledge of hepatitis B infectivity and hepatitis B vaccine is relatively high among women of childbearing age in Chongqing, but there are some misunderstandings about hepatitis B transmission, so health education should be used to improve their knowledge literacy.
