【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)院保潔人員對艾滋病相關(guān)知識的認(rèn)知現(xiàn)狀,為提出合理化建議和措施提供依據(jù)。方法自行設(shè)計調(diào)查表,采用整群抽樣的方法,2014年7月對醫(yī)院165名保潔人員進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 165名醫(yī)院保潔人員中,147人知曉艾滋病,知曉率為89.1%;認(rèn)為每個人均有可能感染艾滋病者有72人,知曉率為43.6%;醫(yī)院保潔人員對艾滋病傳播途徑的掌握程度有較大差距,148人知曉污染醫(yī)療器械刺傷皮膚時增加了感染艾滋病的機會,知曉率為89.7%;醫(yī)院保潔人員對艾滋病患者不同程度存在恐懼和歧視,認(rèn)為艾滋病患者應(yīng)該得到同等醫(yī)療服務(wù)的有115人占69.7%,若同事得了艾滋病,仍愿意與他一起工作的只有79人占47.9%;165名醫(yī)院保潔人員均愿意接受艾滋病相關(guān)知識的培訓(xùn),所選擇防護(hù)知識培訓(xùn)途徑主要是觀看錄像、宣傳片等影視資料和集中理論授課。結(jié)論醫(yī)院保潔人員對艾滋病相關(guān)知識的認(rèn)知水平不容樂觀,管理者應(yīng)加強艾滋病知識的培訓(xùn)教育,建立健全醫(yī)院保潔人員職業(yè)防護(hù)規(guī)章制度,提高保潔人員自我防護(hù)能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of knowledge about AIDS among hospital cleaning personnel and to provide basis for rational suggestions and measures. Methods A questionnaire was designed and a cluster sampling method was used to investigate 165 hospital cleaning workers in July 2014. Results among 165 hospital cleaners, 147 were aware of AIDS, with an awareness rate of 89.1.The total number of people who believed that everyone was at risk of contracting AIDS was 72. The awareness rate was 43.6; there was a big gap between hospital cleaners and hospital cleaners on the way of AIDS transmission. 148 people knew that contaminated medical devices stabbed the skin and increased the chance of contracting AIDS. The awareness rate is 89.70.The hospital cleaning personnel have different levels of fear and discrimination against AIDS patients. 115 people think that AIDS patients should receive the same medical services, accounting for 69.7%. If their colleagues have AIDS, Only 79 people who are still willing to work with him are willing to receive training in AIDS-related knowledge and 165 hospital cleaning personnel are willing to receive AIDS-related training. The main ways of training protective knowledge are to watch videos, propagandists and other film and television materials and focus on teaching theory. Conclusion the cognition level of hospital cleaning staff about AIDS is not optimistic. The managers should strengthen the training and education of AIDS knowledge, establish and perfect the occupational protection rules and regulations of hospital cleaning personnel, and improve the self-protection ability of the cleaning personnel.
