【摘要】：目的開展艾滋病快速檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的質(zhì)量考評(píng)工作,是提高實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢驗(yàn)?zāi)芰退降挠行e措,能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室能力的不足和缺失,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,糾正不足,同時(shí)也將優(yōu)秀實(shí)驗(yàn)室的經(jīng)驗(yàn)推廣使用,通過質(zhì)量考評(píng)工作,我縣艾滋病檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量管理會(huì)更加規(guī)范和完善,使得實(shí)驗(yàn)室整體能力不斷提高,為我縣做好艾滋病防治工作提供重要的技術(shù)保證。方法依據(jù)《全國(guó)艾滋病檢測(cè)技術(shù)規(guī)范》與《艾滋病病毒抗體快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)手冊(cè)》的要求,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)盲樣考核占10分,職能工作綜合評(píng)比占90分,總分100分。考核結(jié)果的判定:90分及以上優(yōu)秀,80~89分良好,60~79分合格,小于60分不合格。結(jié)果 2015年祿豐縣共有20家艾滋病快速檢測(cè)點(diǎn)參與考評(píng),優(yōu)秀16家,良好4家。參評(píng)HIV抗體快速檢測(cè)試劑均為國(guó)家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局注冊(cè)批準(zhǔn)。血清盲樣考核定性結(jié)果判斷正確,說明總體上艾滋病快速檢測(cè)點(diǎn)檢測(cè)能力保持在較高的水平。結(jié)論全縣艾滋病快速檢測(cè)點(diǎn)總體上檢測(cè)質(zhì)量較好,能夠滿足本縣艾滋病檢測(cè)工作的需要,但檢測(cè)的規(guī)范性仍需加強(qiáng),檢測(cè)人員的質(zhì)量控制觀念及生物安全意識(shí)還有待提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to carry out the quality assessment of the laboratory for rapid testing of AIDS is an effective measure to improve the ability and level of laboratory testing, to find the deficiency and deficiency of the laboratory ability, to detect problems in time, and to correct the deficiencies. At the same time, the experience of excellent laboratories will also be popularized and used. Through the work of quality assessment, the quality management of AIDS testing laboratories in our county will be more standardized and improved, so that the overall capabilities of the laboratories will be continuously improved. For our county to do a good job in AIDS prevention and treatment to provide an important technical guarantee. Methods according to the requirements of the National AIDS Test Technical Standard and the Technical Manual for Rapid Detection of HIV Antibody, the blind sample was 10 points, the comprehensive evaluation of the functional work was 90 points, the total score was 100 points. The assessment results: 90 points and above excellent 80 / 89 good score of 6079 pass, less than 60 points unqualified. Results in 2015, there were 20 rapid detection points of AIDS in Lufeng County, 16 excellent and 4 good. The rapid detection of HIV antibody was approved by the State Food and Drug Administration. The qualitative results of serum blind sample test were correct, indicating that the ability of rapid detection of HIV / AIDS was maintained at a high level on the whole. Conclusion the rapid detection of AIDS in the whole county is of good quality and can meet the needs of AIDS detection in this county, but the standardization of the detection still needs to be strengthened, and the concept of quality control and the awareness of biosafety of the testing personnel need to be improved.
