【摘要】：目的分析蘭州地區(qū)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者HIV感染情況,為制定艾滋病防治措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法回顧調(diào)查2010年1月-2014年12月期間無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者HIV感染和分布情況。結(jié)果共檢測(cè)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者標(biāo)本46 020人,男性32 814人、女性13 206人,男女比例2.48∶1,HIV確認(rèn)陽(yáng)性16份,確認(rèn)陽(yáng)性率34.8/10萬(wàn),16名確認(rèn)陽(yáng)性者人群特點(diǎn)是男性,21-40歲,以農(nóng)民和工人為主,高中及以上文化程度居多,已婚高于未婚。結(jié)論蘭州地區(qū)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血人群中的HIV感染流行趨勢(shì)相對(duì)較高,2014年確認(rèn)陽(yáng)性數(shù)是過(guò)去4年的總和,艾滋病疫情已經(jīng)由高危人群向一般人群蔓延,給采供血安全帶來(lái)極大的挑戰(zhàn)。針對(duì)此現(xiàn)狀,采供血機(jī)構(gòu)需嚴(yán)格把關(guān),積極招募、建立固定獻(xiàn)血者隊(duì)伍、降低HIV經(jīng)血傳播的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the status of HIV infection among unpaid blood donors in Lanzhou area and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of AIDS. Methods from January 2010 to December 2014, the infection and distribution of HIV in blood donors were retrospectively investigated. Results A total of 46 020 blood donors were tested, including 32 814 males and 13 206 females. The male / female ratio of 2. 48: 1 was confirmed to be positive in 16 HIV samples. The confirmed positive rate was 34. 8 / 100 000 positive persons. The characteristics of the 16 confirmed positive individuals were males aged 21-40 years, mainly farmers and workers. The high school and above education level is the majority, the married is higher than unmarried. Conclusion the prevalence trend of HIV infection in unpaid blood donors in Lanzhou area is relatively high. The total number of positive people confirmed in 2014 is the sum of the past four years. The epidemic situation of AIDS has spread from high risk group to general population, which brings great challenge to the safety of blood collection and supply. In order to reduce the risk of blood transmission of HIV, it is necessary for blood collecting and supplying organizations to strictly check, recruit actively, establish a regular blood donor team and reduce the risk of blood transmission.
