【摘要】：正2005年,世界衛(wèi)生組織(World Health Organization,WHO)西太平洋區(qū)(Regional for the Western Pacific,WPR)委員會(huì)提出了2012年消除麻疹的目標(biāo)。WPR推薦的消除策略包括:(1)通過常規(guī)免疫和補(bǔ)充免疫活動(dòng)(Supplementary Immunization Activities,SIAs),保證2劑含麻疹成分疫苗(Measles-containing Vaccine,MCV)接種率均≥95%;(2)高質(zhì)量病例監(jiān)測(cè);(3)對(duì)疑似麻疹病例標(biāo)本進(jìn)行及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的實(shí)
