【摘要】：正1資料患者,男,72歲,因"雙下肢麻木無力3 d"于2014年5月20日入鄭州大學附屬鄭州中心醫(yī)院�；颊甙肽昵坝�"發(fā)熱"病史,主要是弛張熱,伴多汗,乏力,因患者來自疫區(qū),故當時就診于河南省疾病控制中心,行血清布氏桿菌凝集試驗為陽性,診斷為"布氏桿菌病",口服"利福平及復方磺胺甲VA唑"等治療30 d,體溫正常,自行停藥;50 d前再次出現(xiàn)類似發(fā)熱,體溫最高達40℃,伴胸背部持續(xù)性鈍痛,活動、負重時加重,當時曾在我院門診查胸椎MRI
