【摘要】：正臨床上潰瘍型腸結(jié)核合并腸穿孔病例較為少見(jiàn),70%的患者臨床中并無(wú)肺部活動(dòng)病灶[1]。加上其病變多位于回腸末端,升結(jié)腸和附近盲腸易被累及,受侵范圍較為局限,且癥狀不易與回盲部腫瘤、闌尾周?chē)撃[鑒別,因此診斷較為困難。1對(duì)象與方法1.1對(duì)象回顧性分析2010年10月-2013年3月收治的39例潰瘍型腸結(jié)核病合并腸穿孔患者的臨床資料,男21例、女18例,年齡25-69歲。
[Abstract]:Clinically, 70% of patients with ulcerative intestinal tuberculosis complicated with intestinal perforation had no pulmonary active lesions [1]. In addition, most of the lesions were located at the end of the ileum, the ascending colon and the nearby cecum were easily involved, the range of invasion was limited, and the symptoms were not easy to differentiate from ileocecal tumors, periappendiceal abscess. The clinical data of 39 patients with ulcerative enterotuberculosis complicated with intestinal perforation from October 2010 to March 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. There were 21 males and 18 females aged 25-69 years.
