廈門禽類標本禽流感病毒檢出率的相關(guān)因素分析

【摘要】:目的探索廈門禽類標本禽流感病毒陽性檢出率的相關(guān)因素。方法在2011年1月-2014年7月間,收集廈門市禽類外環(huán)境標本,采用熒光定量RT-PCR方法對標本進行核酸檢測,分析禽流感病毒陽性檢出率的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果 593份標本中,檢出禽流感陽性178份,陽性率為30%,來源于城鄉(xiāng)活禽市場的標本高于家禽規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖場和家禽散養(yǎng)戶的標本,禽類飲水、清洗禽類污水、籠具表面擦拭標本和案板表面擦拭標本陽性率較禽類糞便標本高,第一季度標本的陽性率高于其余季度的標本,標本送檢及時,陽性率越高。結(jié)論監(jiān)測場所、標本種類、標本采集時間、標本送檢是否及時與禽流感病毒陽性檢出率相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the related factors of positive detection rate of avian influenza virus in Xiamen poultry samples. Methods from January 2011 to July 2014, samples of poultry in Xiamen were collected and detected by fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR, and the relative factors of positive detection rate of avian influenza virus were analyzed. Results of the 593 specimens, 178 were positive for avian influenza, with a positive rate of 30. The samples from the live poultry market in urban and rural areas were higher than those from poultry farms and individual poultry farmers. The positive rate of the surface wiping specimen of cage and the surface of the table plate was higher than that of the faecal specimen of poultry. The positive rate of the specimen in the first quarter was higher than that in the other quarters, and the positive rate of the specimen was higher than that of the specimen in the first quarter. Conclusion the positive detection rate of Avian Influenza virus is related to the monitoring place, the type of specimen, the time of specimen collection, and whether the specimen is submitted to the sample in time.
