【摘要】：目的探討急性細(xì)菌性結(jié)膜炎患者采用左氧氟沙星滴眼液聯(lián)合復(fù)方血栓通膠囊治療臨床療效,并觀察其對(duì)細(xì)菌的清除效果。方法回顧性分析醫(yī)院2013年12月-2015年12月急性細(xì)菌性結(jié)膜炎患者120例的診治情況,其中采用0.5%左氧氟沙星滴眼液治療者為對(duì)照組;于對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上采用復(fù)方血栓通膠囊治療者為治療組;雙眼患者均選取右眼作為本次觀察眼,單眼患者的另外眼需預(yù)防性用藥。兩組患者均治療1周,于治療后1d統(tǒng)計(jì)兩組臨床療效,并通過(guò)采集標(biāo)本進(jìn)行細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)來(lái)判斷細(xì)菌清除率;記錄兩組患者平均治愈時(shí)間及治療期間所發(fā)生的不良反應(yīng)。如治療不到1周且患者臨床癥狀、體征消失者可結(jié)束臨床試驗(yàn)觀察,并對(duì)藥物療效加以評(píng)價(jià),按痊愈統(tǒng)計(jì)。對(duì)兩組患者治療期間所收集的數(shù)據(jù)均進(jìn)行t或χ2檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果治療組治療臨床有效率93.3%明顯高于對(duì)照組75.0%,(P0.05);經(jīng)細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)結(jié)果顯示,治療組與對(duì)照組分別培養(yǎng)60株,經(jīng)治療后,治療組細(xì)菌清除率96.7%明顯高于對(duì)照組83.3%,(P0.05)。治療組平均治愈時(shí)間為(3.11±0.98)d明顯短于對(duì)照組(6.47±1.22)d,(P0.05)。治療期間兩組均發(fā)生眼部瘙癢感和眼部刺激感,但癥狀較輕,未影響后續(xù)治療及本研究結(jié)果。結(jié)論應(yīng)用復(fù)方血栓通膠囊聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星滴眼液治療急性細(xì)菌性結(jié)膜炎臨床療效顯著且安全,該方法可提高細(xì)菌清除率,加速患者康復(fù),提高臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin eye drops combined with compound Xuetong capsule in the treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis and to observe the effect of levofloxacin eye drops on bacterial clearance. Methods the diagnosis and treatment of 120 patients with acute bacterial conjunctivitis from December 2013 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, among which 0.5% levofloxacin eye drops were used as the control group. On the basis of the treatment in the control group, the treatment group was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule, the right eye was selected as the observation eye in both eyes, and the other eye of the monocular patient needed prophylactic medication. Two groups of patients were treated for one week, at 1 day after treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was counted, and the bacterial clearance rate was determined by collecting samples for bacterial culture, and the average cure time and adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded. If the treatment is less than one week and the patient's clinical symptoms and signs disappear, the clinical trial observation can be finished, and the curative effect of the drug can be evaluated, according to the cure statistics. T or 蠂 2 tests were performed on the data collected during treatment in both groups. Results the clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3% higher than that in the control group (P0.05), and the bacterial culture results showed that 60 strains were cultured in the treatment group and the control group, respectively. After treatment, the bacterial clearance rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (83.3%, P0.05). The average cure time in the treatment group was (3.11 鹵0.98) days, significantly shorter than that in the control group (6.47 鹵1.22) d, (, P0.05). The two groups developed eye itching and eye irritation during the treatment period, but the symptoms were mild and did not affect the follow-up treatment and the results of this study. Conclusion compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with levofloxacin eye drops is effective and safe in the treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis. This method can improve the bacterial clearance, accelerate the recovery of patients and improve the clinical efficacy.
