Wood燈檢查在皮膚真菌感染診斷中的應(yīng)用體會(huì)

【摘要】:目的探討Wood燈檢查在皮膚真菌感染診斷中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法將我院收治的部分皮膚淺部真菌感染的400例患者作為研究對(duì)象,取患者病變典型的部位使用Wood燈和直接鏡檢。結(jié)果 Wood燈檢查花斑糠疹和馬拉色菌毛囊炎陽(yáng)性率較高,手足體癬、甲真菌病、頭癬的陽(yáng)性率低于真菌直接鏡檢結(jié)果,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論使用Wood燈診斷花斑糠疹、馬拉色菌毛囊炎具有較好的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application value of Wood lamp examination in the diagnosis of fungal infection of skin. Methods 400 patients with superficial skin fungal infection in our hospital were used as the research object. The Wood lamp and direct microscopic examination were used for the typical lesions of the patients. Results the Wood lamp was used to examine the positive rate of the folliculitis of the pityriasis and Malassezia, and the hand and foot body. The positive rate of tinea capitis, onychomycosis and tinea capitis was lower than that of direct microscopic examination of fungi. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the use of Wood lamp for the diagnosis of pityriasis, Malassezia Folliculitis has good accuracy.
