【摘要】：目的探討應(yīng)用分子生物學(xué)檢測(cè)老年人腹瀉病因的臨床評(píng)價(jià)。方法隨機(jī)收集2011年1~6月在南京某醫(yī)院腹瀉門(mén)診就診并臨床診斷病毒性腹瀉的60歲以上老年人的糞便20份,對(duì)諾如病毒、札幌病毒、輪狀病毒、腸腺病毒和星狀病毒進(jìn)行分子生物學(xué)檢測(cè),并將檢測(cè)結(jié)果與臨床診斷進(jìn)行比對(duì),用于指導(dǎo)用藥和治療。結(jié)果 20份隨機(jī)樣中共檢測(cè)到13份陽(yáng)性,其中有5份諾如病毒,4份輪狀病毒,2份腸腺病毒,1份星狀病毒,1份札幌病毒,病毒感染陽(yáng)性率高達(dá)65%,加上由于技術(shù)原因不能檢測(cè)到的病毒,該結(jié)果說(shuō)明臨床判斷的準(zhǔn)確性很高。結(jié)論確定病原后采取支持療法,病人康復(fù),避免了抗生素的使用。另外,札幌病毒感染老年人致腹瀉在南京是首次報(bào)道。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical evaluation of molecular biology in the diagnosis of diarrhea in the elderly. Methods from January to June 2011, 20 feces from elderly patients over 60 years old who had been diagnosed with viral diarrhea were randomly collected from an outpatient clinic of a hospital in Nanjing from January to June, 2011, and treated with norovirus, Sapporo virus and rotavirus. Enteroadenovirus and stellate virus were detected by molecular biology and compared with clinical diagnosis. Results A total of 13 positive samples were detected in 20 random samples, of which 5 were norovirus, 4 rotavirus, 2 enteroadenovirus, 1 stellate virus and 1 Sapporo virus. The positive rate of virus infection is as high as 65%, plus the virus that can not be detected due to technical reasons, the results show that the accuracy of clinical judgment is very high. Conclusion the patients were cured by supportive therapy and the use of antibiotics was avoided. In addition, diarrhea caused by Sapporo virus infection in the elderly is the first reported in Nanjing.
