【摘要】：目的了解我國(guó)艾滋病防治研究文獻(xiàn)的數(shù)量、發(fā)文期刊變化趨勢(shì),為政府制定相關(guān)政策或科學(xué)研究工作的進(jìn)一步開展提供有價(jià)值的科學(xué)信息。方法以中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(CBM)和美國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)信息數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(PubMed)為數(shù)據(jù)源,采用主題檢索的方法,收集1989-2014年關(guān)于中國(guó)艾滋病研究的中文文獻(xiàn)和外文文獻(xiàn)。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)的方法進(jìn)行定量分析。結(jié)果經(jīng)對(duì)檢索的文獻(xiàn)查重、整理后共獲得論文總量36 368篇。其中外文文獻(xiàn)1524篇,中文文獻(xiàn)34 844篇。自2009年以來,中文文獻(xiàn)發(fā)文量保持在3000篇左右,進(jìn)入了一個(gè)相對(duì)穩(wěn)定期,而外文文獻(xiàn)依然是上升趨勢(shì)�？d外文文獻(xiàn)的期刊中,載文量前10位的期刊累積載文量占33.92%(517/1524);且外文期刊既有預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)也有臨床、生物化學(xué)等期刊�？d中文文獻(xiàn)的期刊中,有期刊信息的文獻(xiàn)總數(shù)17 498篇,載文量前10位累積載文量占22.99%(4023/17 498),且基本都是預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)類期刊。結(jié)論關(guān)于中國(guó)艾滋病防治的研究進(jìn)入了相對(duì)成熟期;期刊分布相對(duì)集中;外文文獻(xiàn)還是上升期,期刊類別分布相對(duì)廣泛。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the quantity of literature on HIV / AIDS prevention and treatment in China, and to provide valuable scientific information for the government to formulate relevant policies or further carry out scientific research work. Methods using Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM) and American Biomedical Information Database (PubMed) as data sources, Chinese and foreign literature on AIDS research in China from 1989 to 2014 were collected by subject search. Quantitative analysis was carried out by means of bibliometrics. Results A total of 36,368 papers were obtained after the literature was reviewed. There were 1524 foreign literature and 34 844 Chinese literature. Since 2009, the amount of Chinese literature has remained at about 3000, entering a relatively stable period, while the foreign literature is still on the rise. Among the periodicals that published foreign literature, the cumulative amount of papers in the top 10 journals accounted for 33.92% (517 / 1524), and the foreign language journals included both preventive medicine and clinical, biochemistry and so on. The total number of periodicals with periodical information is 17 498, and the first 10 accumulative papers are 22.99% (4023 / 17 498), and they are mostly preventive medical journals. Conclusion the research on AIDS prevention and control in China has entered a relatively mature period, the distribution of periodicals is relatively concentrated, the foreign literature is still on the rise, and the category of periodicals is relatively wide.
