【摘要】：目的調(diào)查蕪湖市醫(yī)學院大學生面部蠕形螨感染情況,并分析其影響因素。方法采用透明膠紙法進行蠕形螨標本采集,以問卷形式對受檢者進行蠕形螨感染影響因素調(diào)查。結(jié)果共調(diào)查學生316人,感染者117人,總感染率為37.03%(117/316),男女感染率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=0.00,P0.05)。117例感染者中,單純毛囊蠕形螨感染率(51.28%)、單純皮脂蠕形螨感染率(24.79%)和混合感染率(23.93%)現(xiàn)象均存在;輕度感染(83.76%)顯著高于中度感染(12.82%)、重度感染(3.42%),額部感染居多(29.41%)。其中油性膚質(zhì)的螨種感染與性別有關,男性皮脂蠕形螨的感染率(3.70%)低于女性皮脂蠕形螨的感染率(16.42%)(χ~2=6.92,P0.05),而男性混合感染的感染率(17.28%)則高于女性(4.48%)(χ~2=5.91,P0.05)。面部皮膚有癥狀的蠕形螨感染率(51.80%)顯著高于面部皮膚正常的蠕形螨感染率(33.05%)(χ~2=9.14,P0.01)。生活習慣等因素對蠕形螨感染率的影響差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論醫(yī)學生面部存在一定的蠕形螨感染,有皮膚癥狀人群的蠕形螨感染率顯著高于面部皮膚正常者,應加強醫(yī)學生蠕形螨感染的防治。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection of Demodex on the face of college students in Wuhu Medical College and analyze its influencing factors. Methods the samples of Demodex were collected by transparent tape and the influencing factors of Demodex infection were investigated by questionnaire. Results the total infection rate was 37.03% (117 / 316) among 316 students. There was no significant difference between male and female infection rate (蠂 ~ (2) 0.000. 05). In 117 cases of infection, the infection rate of Demodex follicularis was 51.28%, the infection rate of pure Demodex was 24.79% and the rate of mixed infection was 23.93%. Mild infection (83.76%) was significantly higher than moderate infection (12.82%), severe infection (3.42%) and frontal infection (29.41%). The infection rate of male dermatodex (3.70%) was lower than that of female (16.42%) (蠂 2 + 6.92%), while the infection rate of male mixed infection (17.28%) was higher than that of female (4.48%) (蠂 25.91%). The infection rate of demodex in facial skin with symptoms (51.80%) was significantly higher than that with normal facial skin (33.05%) (蠂 2 9.14 P 0.01). There was no significant difference in the influence of life habits and other factors on the infection rate of Demodex. Conclusion there is a certain amount of Demodex infection in the face of medical students, and the infection rate of Demodex in the people with skin symptoms is significantly higher than that in those with normal facial skin. The prevention and treatment of Demodex infection in medical students should be strengthened.
