【摘要】：目的探討昭通市麻疹發(fā)病的影響因素,為預(yù)防控制麻疹提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法選擇2014-2015年昭通市發(fā)病率高的2個(gè)縣(區(qū))所有麻疹實(shí)驗(yàn)室確診病例,采用1∶2匹配病例對(duì)照研究方法開展調(diào)查。結(jié)果 67組8月齡、80組8月齡-14歲、14組≥15歲病例對(duì)照納入分析。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,3組人群麻疹發(fā)病的危險(xiǎn)因素均為就診史(OR=56.02,95%CI:14.24-220.36;OR=17.09,95%CI:5.71-51.15;OR=6.39,95%CI:1.35-30.19);接觸史是8月齡組麻疹發(fā)病的危險(xiǎn)因素(OR=18.29,95%CI:2.88-116.08);母親含麻疹成分疫苗(MCV)接種史(OR=0.18,95%CI:0.04-0.84)、兒童接種史(OR=0.01,95%CI:0.003-0.04)和村醫(yī)及時(shí)通知(OR=0.05,95%CI:0.004-0.54)是8月齡-14歲組麻疹發(fā)病的保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論控制院內(nèi)感染、提高兒童麻疹疫苗覆蓋率、提高人群防病意識(shí)及預(yù)防接種人員服務(wù)意識(shí)是控制麻疹的可行措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influencing factors of measles in Zhaotong City and to provide scientific basis for measles prevention and control. Methods all laboratory confirmed measles cases in 2 counties (districts) with high incidence in Zhaotong City from 2014 to 2015 were selected.
