【摘要】：目的:分析自擬柴胡鱉甲湯佐治慢性病毒性肝炎的可行性。方法:隨機(jī)選擇我院在2013年1月~2015年12月進(jìn)行診治的92例慢性病毒性肝炎患者,對(duì)其臨床治療進(jìn)行回顧性分析,將采用常規(guī)治療的42例患者作為對(duì)照組,將采用常規(guī)治療聯(lián)合自擬柴胡鱉甲湯進(jìn)行治療的50例作為觀察組,對(duì)兩組的臨床效果進(jìn)行觀察對(duì)比。結(jié)果:觀察組和對(duì)照組的治療總有效率分別為94.00%(47/50),及61.90%(26/42),(P0.05);治療后,觀察組的AST(谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶)、ALT(丙氨酸轉(zhuǎn)氨酶)指標(biāo)較對(duì)照組顯著降低,(P0.05);觀察組和對(duì)照組在治療期間均未出現(xiàn)明顯的不良反應(yīng),兩組結(jié)果比較無顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:采用自擬柴胡鱉甲湯治理慢性病毒性肝炎,其療效確切,提高患者的免疫力,適合推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the feasibility of self-made Chaihu BIE Jia Decoction in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis. Methods: 92 patients with chronic viral hepatitis were randomly selected in our hospital in December, January 2013 ~2015, and the clinical treatment was reviewed. 42 patients with conventional treatment were treated as the control group, and the routine treatment combined with self preparation would be used. 50 cases of Chaihu BIE Jia Decoction were treated as observation group, and the clinical effect of two groups was observed and compared. Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group and the control group was 94% (47/50) and 61.90% (26/42), (P0.05). After the treatment, the AST (alanine transaminase) index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05); (P0.05); (3) the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group and the control group during the treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: the use of self-made Bupleurum turtle soup to treat chronic viral hepatitis is effective and improves the immunity of the patients and is suitable for application.
