【摘要】：目的了解南昌市鄱陽湖區(qū)慢性血吸蟲病人血防知識(shí)、態(tài)度、行為現(xiàn)狀。方法問卷調(diào)查鄱陽湖區(qū)南昌縣、進(jìn)賢縣和新建區(qū)523名慢性血吸蟲病人(慢血)血防知識(shí)、態(tài)度和價(jià)值觀,對不同縣區(qū)、性別、年齡、職業(yè)和文化程度人群的血防知識(shí)、態(tài)度、行為正確率進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果南昌縣、進(jìn)賢縣和新建區(qū)慢血人群的血防知識(shí)、態(tài)度、行為正確率分別為95.76%、82.80%、81.73%,91.37%、93.32%、76.48%和88.25%、67.56%、49.40%。3縣區(qū)慢血人群血防知識(shí)、態(tài)度、行為正確率差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=57.511~301.378,P均0.05)。結(jié)論南昌市鄱陽湖區(qū)慢血人群血防態(tài)度、行為正確率不高,應(yīng)加大干預(yù)力度,以提高慢血人群的自我防護(hù)意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status of knowledge, attitude and behavior of chronic schistosomiasis in Poyang Lake area of Nanchang City. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 523 people with chronic schistosomiasis in Nanchang County, Jinxian County and Newly-built area in Poyang Lake District. The knowledge, attitude and attitude of blood control in different counties, gender, age, occupation and education were investigated. The correct rate of behavior is analyzed. Results the correct rates of knowledge, attitude and behavior of slow blood population in Nanchang County, Jinxian County and Newly-built area were 95.766,82.80 and 91.730.91.37g, respectively, and there were significant differences in the knowledge, attitude and correct rate of behavior among slow blood population in Nanchang County, Jinxian County and New-built area (蠂 ~ 2 / 57.511U ~ 301.378p = 0.05), and there was a significant difference between them (蠂 ~ 2 = 57.511, 301.378g / kg, P < 0.05), compared with 88.250.67.56g / 49.40.3 (蠂 ~ 2 / 57.511 / 301.378m, P < 0.05). Conclusion the correct rate of blood control attitude and behavior of the people with slow blood in Poyang Lake area of Nanchang City is not high, so the intervention should be strengthened in order to improve the self-protection consciousness of the people with slow blood.
