【摘要】：目的評價2004-2015年陽新縣預(yù)防控制血吸蟲病的效果,為血吸蟲病傳播阻斷和消除提供科學依據(jù)。方法依據(jù)陽新縣血吸蟲病疫情層次和流行規(guī)律,采取綜合治理的防治策略,持續(xù)實施衛(wèi)生、水利、林業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)等血防綜合治理項目。分析比較2004-2015年該縣血吸蟲病疫情控制的效果。結(jié)果陽新縣實施血防綜合治理整縣推進后,全縣推算病人數(shù)由2004年的22 240降至為2015年的1 471;人群感染率由2004年的8.57%降至2015年的0.16%;急性血吸蟲感染(急感)病人由2004年的64例降至0,2009年以后未發(fā)生急感病例;耕牛感染率由2004年的8.87%降至0;釘螺面積和易感地帶面積分別由2004年的3 446.21、1 111.59 hm2降至2015年的2 285.75、41.28 hm2;釘螺感染率由2004年的0.76%降至0。結(jié)論自2004年實施血防綜合治理整縣推進的防治策略后,陽新縣血吸蟲病疫情顯著下降,但要進一步鞏固血防成果,仍需加大富河流域的治理力度,并強化家畜傳染源的防控。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of prevention and control of schistosomiasis in Yangxin County from 2004 to 2015, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and elimination of schistosomiasis transmission. Methods according to the epidemic level and epidemic law of schistosomiasis in Yangxin county, comprehensive control strategy was adopted, and comprehensive control projects such as health, water conservancy, forestry and agriculture were carried out continuously. The effects of schistosomiasis control in this county from 2004 to 2015 were analyzed and compared. Results after the implementation of comprehensive control of blood control in Yangxin County, The total number of patients decreased from 22 240 in 2004 to 1 471 in 2015, the infection rate in population decreased from 8. 57% in 2004 to 0. 16% in 2015, the number of patients with acute schistosomiasis infection decreased from 64 cases in 2004 to 0 cases, and there were no cases of acute schistosomiasis infection since 2009. The infection rate of cultivated cattle decreased from 8.87% in 2004 to 0, the area of snail and the area of susceptible zone decreased from 3 446.21 hm2 in 2004 to 41.28 hm2.The infection rate of snail decreased from 0.76% in 2004 to 0 in 2015. Conclusion the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in Yangxin county has decreased significantly since the implementation of comprehensive prevention and control strategy in the whole county in 2004, but in order to further consolidate the achievements of schistosomiasis control, it is still necessary to strengthen the control of the river basin of Dafu River and strengthen the prevention and control of the source of infection of domestic animals.
