【摘要】：目的研究尖銳濕疣(CA)高危人群外周血白細(xì)胞分化抗原40(CD40)、白細(xì)胞分化抗原40配體(CD40L)、干擾素γ(IFN-γ)、白介素2(IL-2)水平,并探討其與發(fā)病的相關(guān)性。方法 50例尖銳濕疣門診患者的性伴及配偶,按是否發(fā)病分為患病組(13例)及未患病組(37例),加健康對照組30例,分別抽取外周血分離外周血單核細(xì)胞(PBMC),利用流式細(xì)胞術(shù)檢測CD40、CD40L陽性率;利用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(ELISA)檢測血清中IFN-γ、IL-2水平。結(jié)果 50例CA患者性伴及配偶中13例發(fā)病,5例人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)亞臨床感染,共18例HPV脫氧核糖核酸(DNA)陽性,陽性率36%�；疾〗M外周血中CD40、CD40L陽性率及IFN-γ、IL-2水平分別是(7.83±1.25)%、(1.32±0.25)%、(6.13±1.48)pg/m L、(18.24±4.68)pg/m L,明顯低于未患病組及健康對照組。結(jié)論尖銳濕疣患者性伴及配偶是發(fā)病高危人群,CA高危人群發(fā)病過程中CD40-CD40L系統(tǒng)起著很重要的防衛(wèi)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the levels of peripheral leukocyte differentiation antigen 40 (CD40), leukocyte differentiation antigen 40 ligand (CD40L), interferon 緯 (IFN- 緯) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) in high risk population of condyloma acuminatum (CA), and to explore the correlation between CD40, CD40L, IFN- 緯 and IL-2. Methods sexual partners and spouses of 50 patients with condyloma acuminatum were divided into two groups according to the incidence of condyloma acuminatum: 13 cases were in the disease group (13 cases) and 37 cases were in the control group (37 cases), and 30 cases in the healthy control group. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were isolated from peripheral blood respectively. The positive rate of CD40 and CD40L was detected by flow cytometry, and the level of IL-2 in serum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results among 50 patients with CA, 13 had subclinical infection of human papillomavirus (HPV), 18 of them were HPV DNA positive, the positive rate was 36. The positive rate of CD40T CD40L and the level of IFN- 緯 IL-2 in peripheral blood were (7.83 鹵1.25), (1.32 鹵0.25), (6.13 鹵1.48) pg/m / L, (18.24 鹵4.68) pg/m / L, respectively. Conclusion the sexual partners and spouses of condyloma acuminatum patients are the high risk population of CA and the CD40-CD40L system plays an important role in defense.
