【摘要】：正患者,女,14歲,因發(fā)熱伴咳嗽2周于2014年1月10日入院。患者于2周前無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)咳嗽,無咳痰,伴發(fā)熱,最高體溫40.6℃,有畏寒、寒顫,伴鼻塞流涕,無咽痛,無呼吸困難,無咯血、盜汗,無惡心、嘔吐,無腹痛、腹瀉,曾于2014年1月1日在博羅縣人民醫(yī)院住院10 d,當時查血常規(guī):WBC 13.6×109·L-1,N 74.2%,CRP 130 mg/
