【摘要】：目的了解發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征(SFTS)研究現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)。方法對(duì)發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征病毒(SFTSV)的分子生物學(xué)特性及生態(tài)學(xué)分布特點(diǎn)、SFTS流行規(guī)律、發(fā)病機(jī)制、預(yù)防控制等相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)述。結(jié)果發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征(SFTS)是2010年在中國(guó)發(fā)現(xiàn)的一種新發(fā)傳染病,目前該病在我國(guó)的分布范圍正在進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大。國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)其發(fā)病機(jī)制、傳播途徑、變異變遷進(jìn)行了開拓性的研究,取得了重大的研究進(jìn)展。結(jié)論目前臨床上SFTS尚無(wú)特異性的有效治療措施,需進(jìn)一步開展相關(guān)研究明確疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展規(guī)律及其傳播機(jī)制,研究開發(fā)疫苗,減少其對(duì)人類的危害,達(dá)到預(yù)防控制該疾病。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation and trend of fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS). Methods the molecular biological characteristics and ecological distribution of febrile thrombocytopenia syndrome virus (SFTSV) were reviewed. Results Fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) is a new infectious disease found in China in 2010. Scholars at home and abroad have carried on pioneering research on its pathogenesis, transmission path and variation change, and have made great progress. Conclusion there is no specific and effective treatment for SFTS in clinic at present. It is necessary to further study the occurrence and development of the disease and its transmission mechanism, to develop a vaccine to reduce its harm to human beings and to prevent and control the disease.
