【摘要】：目的探析采取地榆升白片治療病毒性肝炎所致白細胞減少的臨床效果。方法方便選取該院2008年5月—2015年10月收治的51例病毒性肝炎白細胞減少患者,將其隨機分為治療組和對照組,兩組均給予甘草類制劑、還原型谷胱甘肽保肝降酶等基礎治療,治療組26例,加地榆升白片口服,對照組25例,加利可君片口服,比較兩組治療前后白細胞計數(shù)改善情況及效果。結(jié)果治療組總有效率92.31%與對照組68.0%比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義,P0.05;治療2周后,治療組白細胞計數(shù)(3.84±0.78)×109/L,治療4周后(4.02±1.01)×109/L;與對照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采取地榆升白片治療病毒性肝炎所致白細胞減少的臨床效果顯著優(yōu)于口服利可君片,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical effect of Diyu Shengbai tablet in treating leukopenia caused by viral hepatitis. Methods from May 2008 to October 2015, 51 patients with viral hepatitis leukopenia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated with licorice preparation and glutathione hepatic reductase. 26 cases in the treatment group were treated with Diyu Shengbai tablet, 25 cases in the control group and Gali Kejun tablet. The improvement and effect of leukocyte count were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results the total effective rate was 92.31% in the treatment group and 68.0% in the control group (P 0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the white blood cell count was 3.84 鹵0.78 脳 10 9 / L in the treatment group and 4.02 鹵1.01 脳 10 9 / L after 4 weeks treatment, and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05%). Conclusion the clinical effect of Diyu Shengbai tablet in the treatment of leukopenia caused by viral hepatitis is significantly better than that of oral rikejun tablet, which is worth popularizing.
