2016年湖北省血吸蟲病重點(diǎn)水域哨鼠監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析

【摘要】:目的了解2016年湖北省血吸蟲病重點(diǎn)水域的水體感染性,分析可疑高危環(huán)境血吸蟲病的傳播風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。方法選擇長(zhǎng)江、漢北河、富河3大水系設(shè)立哨鼠監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警點(diǎn)。采用哨鼠法檢測(cè)水體的感染性,同時(shí)觀察灘面人畜活動(dòng)情況,對(duì)出現(xiàn)血吸蟲尾蚴感染性水體的區(qū)域啟動(dòng)應(yīng)急響應(yīng)機(jī)制。結(jié)果 5-6月在10個(gè)哨鼠監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)中,長(zhǎng)江流域有2個(gè)點(diǎn)檢出陽(yáng)性哨鼠,陽(yáng)性點(diǎn)檢出率為20%,回收的200只小鼠全部解剖,檢出陽(yáng)性哨鼠5只,哨鼠總感染率為2.5%,獲得血吸蟲成蟲5條,陽(yáng)性鼠平均蟲荷為1條/鼠。對(duì)2個(gè)哨鼠陽(yáng)性點(diǎn)及時(shí)啟動(dòng)了應(yīng)急響應(yīng)機(jī)制,未出現(xiàn)血吸蟲病重大疫情。8-9月8個(gè)哨鼠點(diǎn),160只小鼠全部解剖,未查出血吸蟲感染陽(yáng)性哨鼠。結(jié)論哨鼠監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果對(duì)分析湖北省血吸蟲病傳播風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the water infectivity of schistosomiasis in key waters of Hubei Province in 2016 and to analyze the risk of transmission of schistosomiasis in suspected high-risk environment. Methods the sentinel monitoring and warning points were set up in the Yangtze River, Hanbei River and Fuhe River. The method of sentinel rat was used to detect the infection of water body, and to observe the human and animal activities on the beach surface, and to initiate the emergency response mechanism for the area infected with schistosomiasis cercariae. Results among the 10 sentinel rat surveillance sites in May and June, there were 2 positive sentinel rats in the Yangtze River valley, the positive rate was 20. All the 200 mice were dissected, 5 positive sentinel rats were detected, the total infection rate of sentinel rats was 2.5, and 5 adult Schistosoma japonicum were obtained. The average worm load of positive mice was 1 / mouse. The emergency response mechanism was initiated for 2 sentinel positive sites in time. There was no significant schistosomiasis epidemic. All 160 Sentinel mice from August to September were dissected, and no positive sentinel mice were found to be infected with Schistosoma japonicum. Conclusion the results of sentinel surveillance are important to analyze the risk of schistosomiasis transmission in Hubei Province.
