血流感染患者表皮葡萄球菌與金黃色葡萄球菌的分布與耐藥性分析

【摘要】:目的比較血流感染患者表皮葡萄球菌與金黃色葡萄球菌的耐藥性差異,為臨床合理選用抗菌藥物提供參考。方法對貴州醫(yī)科大學第三附屬醫(yī)院2011年6月至2014年11月血流感染標本中分離出的表皮葡萄球菌與金黃色葡萄球菌共140株進行比較分析,按照《全國臨床檢驗操作規(guī)程》進行微生物鑒定,采用K-B紙片法進行藥敏試驗,藥敏結果按美國臨床和實驗室標準化協(xié)會(CLSI)的標準判斷,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 17.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果血流感染標本共分離出表皮葡萄球菌與金黃色葡萄球菌140株,其中表皮葡萄球菌分離出88株,占62.86%;金黃色葡萄球菌分離出52株,占37.14%。血流感染表皮葡萄球菌與金黃色葡萄球菌對苯唑西林、頭孢唑林、頭孢噻肟、克林霉素、紅霉素、阿奇霉素、環(huán)丙沙星、氧氟沙星、利福平、呋喃妥因、頭孢噻吩、亞胺培南、左氧氟沙星、麥迪霉素、復方新諾明等耐藥率分別為81.82%,45.15%;35.23%,15.38%;20.45%,5.77%;47.73%,26.92%;76.14%,51.92%;69.32%,50.00%;64.77%,9.62%;54.55%,28.85%;14.77%,0.00%;10.23%,0.00%;39.77%,3.85%;11.36%,0.00%;54.55%,28.85%;67.05%,5.77%;79.55%,32.69%;表皮葡萄球菌耐藥率明顯高于金黃色葡萄球菌,差異有性統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論血流感染中表皮葡萄球菌的感染率與耐藥率不斷上升,耐藥率明顯高于金黃色葡萄球菌,應引起重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the drug resistance of Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus in patients with blood flow infection. Methods 140 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus isolated from blood stream infected specimens in the third affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from June 2011 to November 2014 were compared and analyzed. Microbial identification was carried out according to the National operating rules for Clinical testing. The drug sensitivity test was carried out by K-B disk method. The drug sensitivity results were judged according to the standard of American Association of Clinical and Laboratory Standardization (CLSI), and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results 140 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from blood stream infected specimens, of which 88 strains (62.86%) were isolated from Staphylococcus epidermidis, 52 strains (37.14%) were isolated from Staphylococcus aureus.
