西藏大學生肺結核防治同伴教育近期效果評價

【摘要】:目的評價西藏大學生肺結核防治同伴教育近期效果,為西藏高校開展肺結核健康教育提供參考。方法采用分層整群抽樣法,抽取西藏4所高校學生,按學校隨機分為干預組(571人)和對照組(563人)。干預組開展同伴教育,對照組發(fā)放宣傳頁。采用自行設計的問卷調(diào)查兩組干預前和干預后1個月的知識、態(tài)度和行為水平。結果干預組的肺結核防治知識知曉率、正確態(tài)度持有率和正確行為形成率分別由干預前的27.6%,73.7%,39.9%提高到干預后的58.4%,82.1%,45.4%;對照組分別由干預前的26.8%,64.1%,39.0%提高到干預后的40.7%,67.8%,44.8%。經(jīng)雙重差分模型檢驗,同伴教育使干預組知識知曉率和正確態(tài)度持有率分別提高了16.7和4.6百分點,且差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05),對正確行為形成率無影響(P0.05)。結論同伴教育和發(fā)放宣傳頁均可提高大學生的肺結核防治知識、態(tài)度和行為水平,但前者效果優(yōu)于后者,可作為西藏大學生肺結核健康教育的較好方法之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the short-term effect of peer education on pulmonary tuberculosis among college students in Tibet, and to provide reference for health education on pulmonary tuberculosis in Tibetan colleges and universities. Methods four college students in Tibet were randomly divided into intervention group (n = 571) and control group (n = 563) by stratified cluster sampling. Peer education was carried out in the intervention group and propaganda pages were distributed in the control group. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of the two groups before and 1 month after intervention. Results in the intervention group, the awareness rate of pulmonary tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge, the correct attitude holding rate and the correct behavior formation rate were increased from 27.66.73.7% to 39.9% before and after intervention, respectively, to 58.4%, 82.1% and 45.45.45.45.45.40.The control group increased from 26.84.1% before intervention to 44.84.8% after intervention, respectively, and the control group increased from 26.87% to 44.8% after intervention. Through the double differential model test, peer education increased the knowledge awareness rate and the correct attitude holding rate of the intervention group by 16.7 and 4.6 percentage points, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), and had no effect on the correct behavior formation rate (P 0.05). Conclusion Peer education and dissemination of propaganda pages can improve the knowledge, attitude and behavior of pulmonary tuberculosis among college students, but the former is better than the latter, and can be used as one of the better methods of tuberculosis health education for Tibetan college students.
