【摘要】：目的了解江蘇省居民血吸蟲病防治相關(guān)知識、態(tài)度和行為現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為制定有效的健康教育與健康促進模式提供科學依據(jù)。方法采用與人口規(guī)模成比例的整群抽樣方法和多階段抽樣方法,對血吸蟲病流行區(qū)非集體居住的16~69歲常住居民進行問卷調(diào)查,統(tǒng)計分析居民血吸蟲病知識、態(tài)度、行為現(xiàn)況。結(jié)果調(diào)查對象血吸蟲病防治知識總知曉率為95.98%,信念態(tài)度正確率為89.06%,行為判斷正確率為77.43%,知、信、行正確率逐步下降且有顯著差異(χ2=1 282.96,P0.01);漁船民血吸蟲病防治知識知曉率為90.98%,但行為判斷正確率僅為53.81%(χ2=120.52,P0.01)。非條件Logistic回歸分析,隨著學歷的逐步提高,行為判斷正確合格率也隨之上升,大專以上學歷人員合格率是文盲的6.411倍(OR=6.411,95%CI:4.896~8.395)。漁船民行為判斷正確合格率僅為農(nóng)民的5.1%(OR=0.051,95%CI:0.029~0.091)。結(jié)論江蘇省居民血防基本知識總知曉率達到了《全國預防控制血吸蟲病中長期規(guī)劃綱要(2004-2015年)》目標要求,但行為正確水平較低。文化程度、職業(yè)、居住區(qū)域等因素對居民血吸蟲病防治健康行為形成均有不同程度影響。需要重點開展有針對性的健康促進活動,促進健康生活方式與行為的形成。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge, attitude and behavior of schistosomiasis prevention and control in Jiangsu Province and its influencing factors, and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of effective health education and health promotion model. Methods A cluster sampling method and a multi-stage sampling method were used to investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of residents aged from 16 to 69 years old in schistosomiasis endemic areas. Results the total awareness rate of schistosomiasis control knowledge was 95.98, the correct rate of belief attitude was 89.06 and the correct rate of behavior judgment was 77.43. The correct rate of walking decreased gradually and there was significant difference (蠂 ~ 2 / 1 282.96 / P 0.01), while the awareness rate of schistosomiasis control knowledge in fishing boats was 90.98, but the correct rate of behavior judgment was only 53.81 (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 ~ (120). 52 ~ (2) P _ (0.01). Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that with the gradual improvement of educational background, the qualified rate of correct behavior judgment also increased. The qualified rate of personnel with college or above education was 6.411 times higher than that of illiterate persons. The qualification rate was 6.41195% CI: 4.896 / 8.395%. The correct qualified rate for judging the behavior of fishing boat people is only the farmer's 5.1 percent, 0.051% and 95% CI: 0.029 and 0.091% respectively. Conclusion the total awareness rate of the basic knowledge of schistosomiasis control in Jiangsu Province has reached the goal of the National Long-Term Plan for schistosomiasis Prevention and Control (2004-2015), but the level of correct behavior is low. Educational level, occupation, living area and other factors have different influence on the health behavior of schistosomiasis prevention and control. It is necessary to focus on health promotion activities to promote healthy lifestyle and behavior.
