【摘要】：目的調查靖江市居民腸道線蟲感染情況及對其認知現(xiàn)狀,探索有效控制腸道線蟲病的措施。方法在靖江市隨機抽取流動人口相對集中的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),以Kato-Katz法檢查居民腸道線蟲病感染情況,問卷調查防病知識知曉率和衛(wèi)生行為正確率。結果 2013-2015年共計在靖江市分別調查本地居民和流動人口4 555人和2 278人。本地居民腸道線蟲病感染率為0.29%(13例),流動人口為0.75%(17例),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=7.380,P0.01)。本地居民和流動人口性別間腸道線蟲病感染率差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=0.010、0.048,P均0.05)。本地居民對腸道線蟲病的知曉率高于流動人口,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=9.649~164.533,P均0.01)。結論流動人口是靖江市腸道線蟲病的重點防控對象,應對其加強綜合干預;健康教育中應加強鉤蟲病防治相關知識的宣傳。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of intestinal nematode infection and its cognitive status in Jingjiang City, and to explore the effective measures for controlling intestinal nematode disease. Methods in Jingjiang City, residents were randomly selected from villages and towns with relatively concentrated floating population. Kato-Katz method was used to examine the infection of intestinal nematode in residents, and the awareness rate of disease prevention knowledge and the correct rate of health behavior were investigated by questionnaire. Results A total of 4,555 and 2,278 local residents and floating population were investigated in Jingjiang from 2013 to 2015. The infection rate of intestinal nematode in local residents was 0.29 and that of floating population was 0.750.75 and 17 respectively, the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 7.380 / P _ (0.01). There was no significant difference in the infection rate of intestinal nematode between the local population and the floating population (蠂 ~ 2 / 0. 010 ~ 0. 048) (P = 0. 05). The awareness rate of intestinal nematode in local residents was higher than that in floating population (蠂 ~ 2 9.649 ~ 164.533P, P < 0.01). Conclusion floating population is the key object of intestinal nematode disease prevention and control in Jingjiang city, and comprehensive intervention should be strengthened, and the related knowledge of hookworm disease prevention and control should be strengthened in health education.
