【摘要】：目的了解人體大片形吸蟲蟲卵的孵育特點。方法收取患者服藥前1~4d的全量糞便,采用尼龍袋集卵法收集蟲卵。按不同的保存溫度和保存時間將蟲卵分組孵育:A組,新鮮糞便;B組,4℃下保存10d、20d和88d;C組,室溫20~21℃下保存10d。蟲卵置于28℃恒溫水浴箱中孵化。結(jié)果共收取3位患者的10份糞便。各組蟲卵在孵育后第11~16d孵出毛蚴。結(jié)論無論含蟲卵的糞便是新鮮,還是保存于4℃下,或是室溫下,均不影響其孵化;但蟲卵必須在有水的環(huán)境及適宜的溫度下才能順利發(fā)育并最終孵化出毛蚴。
