【摘要】：目的評價河南省2016年麻疹實驗室運轉(zhuǎn)情況。方法通過中國麻疹監(jiān)測信息管理系統(tǒng)和河南省麻疹網(wǎng)絡(luò)實驗室,收集和分析河南省2016年麻疹實驗室監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果 2016年全省報告麻疹監(jiān)測病例4 018例,采集血標(biāo)本3 960例(98.56%),麻疹I(lǐng)gM抗體檢測陽性率為26.72%(1 055/3 949)。采集健康人群血標(biāo)本449例,麻疹I(lǐng)gG抗體檢測陽性率為93.99%(422/449)。未發(fā)現(xiàn)麻疹暴發(fā)。采集監(jiān)測病例的病原學(xué)標(biāo)本3 522例(87.66%),麻疹病毒核酸檢測陽性率為21.73%(720/3 313)。省級麻疹實驗室接收省直管縣送檢的病例咽拭子129份,獲得麻疹病毒分離株33份;接收7個市級實驗室送檢的麻疹病毒分離株24份。全部病毒分離株為中國本土流行的H1a基因亞型。省級麻疹實驗室通過了世界衛(wèi)生組織2016年職能考核;18家市級麻疹實驗室及10家省直管縣麻疹實驗室全部通過省級麻疹實驗室組織的職能考核。結(jié)論河南省省、市、縣三級麻疹實驗室網(wǎng)絡(luò)運轉(zhuǎn)良好,本土麻疹H1a基因型仍持續(xù)流行,未發(fā)現(xiàn)輸入病例。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the operation of measles laboratory in Henan province in 2016. Methods data of measles surveillance in Henan Province in 2016 were collected and analyzed by China measles Surveillance Information Management system and Henan measles Network Laboratory. Results in 2016, 4 018 measles surveillance cases were reported and 3 960 blood samples were collected. The positive rate of measles IgM antibody detection was 26. 722% 1 055 / 3 949%. 449 healthy blood samples were collected and the positive rate of measles IgG antibody was 93.9999 / 449. No outbreak of measles was detected. The positive rate of nucleic acid detection of measles virus was 21.7320% (720%) and 3.313% (P < 0.05). Provincial measles laboratories received 129 throat swabs, 33 measles virus isolates and 24 measles virus isolates from 7 municipal laboratories. All the isolates of the virus were found to be endemic H1N1 gene subtypes in China. The provincial measles laboratories have passed the 2016 functional assessment of the World Health Organization (WHO) 18 municipal measles laboratories and 10 provincial measles laboratories have all passed the functional examinations organized by provincial measles laboratories. Conclusion the network of measles laboratories in three levels in Henan province, city and county is working well, and the genotype of H1 a is still prevalent, and no imported cases have been found.
