【摘要】：在對(duì)HIV感染自然史研究的近30年中,研究者發(fā)現(xiàn)從感染HIV到發(fā)展為艾滋病,大致經(jīng)歷了急性期、無(wú)癥狀期和艾滋病期。急性期短暫、缺乏特異性癥狀和體征以及HIV抗體尚未陽(yáng)轉(zhuǎn)均給早期診斷帶來(lái)巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。值得關(guān)注的是約半數(shù)的HIV急性期患者會(huì)出現(xiàn)皮疹,常首診于皮膚科。急性期感染者體內(nèi)具有較高的病毒載量、傳染性強(qiáng),及時(shí)診斷并進(jìn)行行為干預(yù)具有重要的流行病學(xué)意義。對(duì)病人的管理和公共衛(wèi)生安全也具有重大意義。為提高皮膚性病科醫(yī)生對(duì)HIV感染急性期的認(rèn)識(shí),該文綜述了HIV感染急性期的臨床表現(xiàn)和實(shí)驗(yàn)檢測(cè)技術(shù)以利于早期診斷。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years of research on the natural history of HIV infection, researchers have found that HIV infection and development into AIDS generally experienced acute, asymptomatic and AIDS phases. The short acute phase, the lack of specific symptoms and signs, and the absence of positive HIV antibodies pose a great challenge to early diagnosis. It is worth noting that about half of HIV patients in the acute phase will have rash, often first visit to dermatology. Patients with acute infection have high viral load and strong infectivity. It is of important epidemiological significance to diagnose and intervene behavior in time. It is also of great significance to patient management and public health safety. In order to improve the understanding of dermatologists on the acute stage of HIV infection, this paper reviewed the clinical manifestations and experimental detection techniques of HIV infection in order to facilitate the early diagnosis.
