【摘要】：目的:探討應用普通干擾素聯(lián)合利巴韋林治療基因1b型慢性丙型肝炎療效。方法:自2013年3月至2016年11月入組158例基因1b型慢性丙型肝炎患者,應用普通干擾素聯(lián)合利巴韋林抗病毒治療48周并隨訪24周,分別于治療第12周、24周和48周,隨訪第24周檢測HCV RNA和肝功能,監(jiān)測療效。結(jié)果:1.在158例入組的基因1b型慢性丙型肝炎患者治療過程中因嚴重不良反應停藥10例,包括8例出現(xiàn)白細胞重度下降,2例出現(xiàn)精神煩躁。完成療程及隨訪患者共148例。2.148例完成研究的慢性丙型肝炎患者治療過程中監(jiān)測HCV RNA和肝功能發(fā)現(xiàn),治療后第12周、24周、48周及隨訪第24周HCV RNA轉(zhuǎn)陰率分別為71.0%、84.5%、90.5%、71.6%,肝功能ALT復常率分別為87.2%、90.5%、92.6%、85.1%。結(jié)論:普通干擾素聯(lián)合利巴韋林治療1b型慢性丙型肝炎患者48周病毒學及生化學應答率高,但停藥后復發(fā)率亦高。普通干擾素聯(lián)合利巴韋林治療仍可作為1b型慢性丙型肝炎的有效治療手段。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the efficacy of interferon combined with ribavirin in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C with gene 1 b. Methods: from March 2013 to November 2016, 158 patients with chronic hepatitis C type 1b were treated with interferon and ribavirin for 48 weeks and followed up for 24 weeks. HCV RNA and liver function were measured at the 24th week of follow-up, and the curative effect was monitored. The result is 1: 1. During the treatment of 158 patients with chronic hepatitis C type 1b gene, 10 patients were stopped because of serious adverse reactions, including 8 patients with severe leukocytopenia and 2 patients with mental irritability. HCV RNA and liver function were monitored in 148 patients with chronic hepatitis C who completed the course of treatment and followed up. After 12 weeks, 24 weeks, 48 weeks and 24 weeks of follow-up, the rate of HCV RNA turning negative was 71.0 and 84.5%, 90.5% and 71.6, respectively. The recovery rate of liver function ALT was 87.2%, 90.5% and 92.6%, respectively. Conclusion: the virological and biochemical response rates of patients with chronic hepatitis C 1 b treated with interferon combined with ribavirin in 48 weeks were high, but the recurrence rate was also high after withdrawal. Interferon combined with ribavirin can still be used as an effective therapy for chronic hepatitis C 1 b.
