【摘要】：目的了解2010-2012年遼寧省流動人口艾滋病(AIDS)哨點監(jiān)測中,流動人口的艾滋病相關(guān)知識、行為及艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒感染情況,為制定艾滋病綜合防制策略提供依據(jù)。方法根據(jù)2010-2012年《全國艾滋病哨點監(jiān)測實施方案》要求,對遼寧省沈陽市、大連市和鞍山市的流動人口進行問卷調(diào)查和血清學(xué)檢測工作。結(jié)果2010-2012年,每年監(jiān)測樣本量分別為1210份、1220份和1200份;艾滋病知識知曉率分別為79.1%、83.7%和78.4%;最近一年與暗娼發(fā)生商業(yè)性行為的比例分別為9.1%、8.4%和16.2%,最近一年與暗娼發(fā)生商業(yè)性行為時安全套堅持使用率分別為48.9%、49.3%和64.1%,最近一次安全套使用率分別為73.3%、73.9%和89.7%。2011和2012年各檢出HIV陽性1人,這兩年HIV陽性率均為0.08%;三年的梅毒感染率分別為1.0%(1 2/1210)、0.6%(7/1220)和1.4%(17/1200)。結(jié)論遼寧省流動人群艾滋病知識知曉率總體水平不高,安全套使用率有上升趨勢,但商業(yè)性行為發(fā)生比例也在提高,繼續(xù)深入開展相關(guān)防制仍是今后的工作重點。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the AIDS related knowledge, behavior, HIV / AIDS and syphilis infection among floating population in Liaoning Province from 2010 to 2012, so as to provide basis for the formulation of comprehensive AIDS prevention and control strategy. Methods according to the requirements of the National AIDS Sentinel Surveillance Program from 2010 to 2012, the floating population in Shenyang, Dalian and Anshan City, Liaoning Province, were investigated with questionnaires and serological tests. Results from 2010 to 2012, the number of monitored samples was 1220 and 1200 per year, respectively. The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 79.1% and 78.4% respectively, the proportion of commercial sex with prostitutes in the last year was 9.4% and 16.2%, respectively, and the rate of condom persistence in the last year was 48.9% and 64.1%, respectively, and the most recent time was that the rate of condom persistence was 48.9% and 64.1% respectively. The condom use rate was 73.9% and 89.7%, respectively. One person was positive for HIV in 2011 and 2012, respectively. In these two years, the positive rate of HIV was 0.08%, and the syphilis infection rate in three years was 1.0%, 1.2% 1210%, 0.67% 1220%, and 1.4% 17 / 1200%, respectively. Conclusion the general level of AIDS knowledge awareness among floating population in Liaoning Province is not high, the condom use rate is rising, but the proportion of commercial sexual activity is also increasing, and it is still the focus of future work to continue to carry out the related prevention and control.
