【摘要】：目的 了解新疆地區(qū)大學(xué)生性行為與性觀(guān)念和艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)的關(guān)系,為新形勢(shì)下大學(xué)生性教育和艾滋病預(yù)防提供參考。方法 分層整群抽取新疆5所高校4個(gè)年級(jí)共2 182名在校大學(xué)生,使用自制問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行匿名調(diào)查。結(jié)果新疆地區(qū)大學(xué)生性行為報(bào)告率為21.9%(477名);9.6%(209名)的大學(xué)生對(duì)婚前性行為持認(rèn)可態(tài)度,37.8%(824名)的大學(xué)生表示在發(fā)生性行為前會(huì)了解對(duì)方的性歷史。發(fā)生與未發(fā)生過(guò)性行為的大學(xué)生艾滋病知識(shí)得分分別為(6.41±2.92)和(8.82±2.38)分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=-18.58,P0.01)。多因素Logistic回歸分析表明,發(fā)生性行為的危險(xiǎn)因素為少數(shù)民族(OR=3.457)、在發(fā)生性行為前不會(huì)了解對(duì)方性歷史(OR=1.817)和沒(méi)有考慮過(guò)(OR=1.123)以及視情況而定(OR=1.926);保護(hù)因素為女性(OR=0.612)、醫(yī)學(xué)類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)(OR=0.372)、對(duì)婚前性行為有條件的認(rèn)可(OR=0.479)和持反對(duì)態(tài)度(OR=0.150)、艾滋病知識(shí)得分≥10分(OR=0.544)。結(jié)論 新疆地區(qū)大學(xué)生性行為發(fā)生率較高。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生性行為、性觀(guān)念和艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)等方面的教育,提高大學(xué)生接受艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)的主觀(guān)能動(dòng)性,促進(jìn)個(gè)體身心健康發(fā)展。
