【摘要】：目的分析麗水市2008-2015年男男性行為人群(MSM)艾滋病的疫情特征,為制定防治策略提供科學依據。方法對麗水市報告的MSMHIV/AIDS病例的時間、地區(qū)和人群分布進行描述性分析;比較全市艾滋病自愿咨詢檢測系統(tǒng)中歷年MSM的HIV抗體陽性檢出率。結果麗水市報告MSMHIV/AIDS病例數逐年快速上升,縣區(qū)分布差異大,MSM病例以青壯年為主(15~29歲占51.59%);文化程度較高(高中及以上文化程度占58.60%);未婚為主(65.61%);商業(yè)服務、家政\餐飲\服務員、干部\教師\醫(yī)生\離退人員、學生占較高比例,分別占32.48%、17.2%、10.83%、6.37%;檢測咨詢、專題調查檢出比例較高,分別占32.48%、11.46%。MSM的HIV抗體陽性檢出率為4.19%,既往HIV抗體檢測率為63.04%。結論麗水市MSM人群艾滋病疫情上升迅速,急需開展較為系統(tǒng)的MSM人群的監(jiān)測和干預工作,采取有針對性的預防干預措施控制疫情的進一步擴散。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics of MSMAIDS among men who had sex with men in Lishui city from 2008 to 2015, and to provide scientific basis for making prevention and treatment strategies. Methods the time, region and population distribution of MSMHIV/AIDS cases reported in Lishui City were analyzed, and the positive rates of HIV antibody in MSM were compared. Results the number of MSMHIV/AIDS cases reported in Lishui City increased rapidly year by year. The number of MSMHIV/AIDS cases in different counties and regions was mainly young and middle-aged, 1529 years old accounted for 51.59%, and the education level was relatively high (58.60% in senior high school and above; 65.61% in unmarried persons; in commercial service, domestic / catering\ waiter, etc.) Cadres, teachers, doctors, and retired personnel, students accounted for a higher proportion, accounting for 32.48 and 17.2respectively, and 10.837.37; for examination, consultation, special investigation, the positive rate of HIV antibody was 4.19, respectively, and the positive rate for HIV antibody was 63.04. Conclusion the epidemic situation of MSM in Lishui city is rising rapidly, it is urgent to carry out systematic surveillance and intervention of MSM population, and to take targeted preventive intervention measures to control the further spread of the epidemic.
